Chris McCann
McCann was leading the Player of the Season table until recently but has been passed by both Martin Paterson and Chris Eagles. But he's right back in contention after this performance earned him maximum points.

In the man of the match vote he polled 35.0% of the vote and that was well ahead of left back Stephen Jordan with 18.5%. Paterson took the remaining point with 10.7% of the vote.

It was the same top two in the player ratings, which were low following the defeat. McCann won it with a rating of 6.78 out of 10 and Jordan came second with a rating of 6.43. Robbie Blake was third with a rating of 6.16.

McCann has picked up six points, there are four points for Jordan and one each for Blake and Paterson. The points keep McCann in third place but he's only one point behind Chris Eagles. Likewise Jordan remains fifth but has moved within two points of fourth place Steven Caldwell.

That single point for Paterson extends his lead at the top to six points and takes him to fifty points for the season.
