McCann has been in sparkling form this season and turned in another excellent display that saw him pick up the maximum number of points from the man of the match vote and the message board's player ratings.

In a keenly fought man of the match vote he finished top, polling 26.8% of the vote. Last season's winner Wade Elliott came second with 19.9% whilst Christian Kalvenes, back in the side as replacement for the suspended Stephen Jordan, was third with 17.8% of the vote.

Surprisingly there was no place for Graham Alexander in the top three but he was right there at the top in the player ratings. He and McCann were joint winners with a rating each of 8.05 out of 10. Elliott was not far behind with a rating of 7.92 that gave him third place.

McCann won six points towards the player of the season whilst there were three points for both Alexander and Elliott with Kalvenes scoring one point. Alexander remains in third place whilst Elliott has moved up to fifth, climbing above Stephen Jordan, Russell Anderson and Clarke Carlisle.
