Mahon joins Blake at the top

Alan Mahon
Alan Mahon - joint top of the table
Mahon, making his first start since the draw at Barnsley, walked away with the three points for man of the match after winning 52.2% of the vote. Wade Elliott, who had an excellent game down the right hand side, was second with 19.7% of the vote whilst Robbie Blake took the last remaining point with 9.9% giving him a third place finish.

That one point has taken Robbie to 29 this season in the table and Mahon has now reached that total by also taking the three points from the player ratings on the message board. Such was his performance that he scored no fewer than 8.38 out of 10 to win whilst again Elliott took second place with an average of 7.74 giving him the two points.

Central defender David Unsworth claimed third place with an average of 7.31 to take the final point whilst there were no points for Robbie who finished in fifth place.

Blake and Mahon now lead the table, just one point ahead of Clarke Carlisle who had stormed up to the top after the Leicester game by claiming all six points.

Voting is now in progress from our away win at Watford last night and will continue until the end of Friday.
