MacDonald amongst the goals

They've been grouped with Azerbaijan, Hungary and San Marino and they play each other once this week with the top two going through the Elite Round to be played in the spring of next year.

Macca scored Scotland's equaliser in their opening 1-1 draw against Azerbaijan on Monday and this afternoon hit two more as they beat San Marino 8-0.

Their third and last game is against hosts Hungary and will be played this coming Saturday afternoon. A good result will almost certainly see the Scots go through.
