Macca helps Scots to go through

Macca had scored three goals in the opening two games but it was Stephen Stirling of Rangers who netted the only goal in the final game and ensured he was the leading scorer in the group with four.

Alex played the first 65 minutes of this third game before being replaced by Celtic's James Forrest and he'll now be looking forward to the next round which will be played during the spring, again in mini-tournaments of four teams.
