Lowe here until December

Lowe joined the Clarets on what became transfer Friday for the club with John Spicer and Jon Harley both arriving on the same day. That was back on 26th August and he made his debut as a substitute the following day, coming on after Wayne Thomas had been wrongly sent off.

With Thomas then ruled out for the season and injuries for both Frank Sinclair and John McGreal he has become a regular in the side and it was good news for the Clarets today when Wolves agreed to the deal being extended until 13th December.

The only bad news for us, made worse with both Sinclair and McGreal doubtful, is that a condition of the loan deal is that he doesn’t play against Wolves, and that can not have come as a surprise.

He will be with us now up to and including the away game against current league leaders Sheffield United which will be played on 10th December.
