Danny Karbassiyoon - expected to play tonight
The reserve league gets smaller each year but even so, we are now into February and have still played only seven games all season and just three of them at our satellite home ground of the Interlink Express Stadium.

We’ve still eleven games to play, including games at such locations as the homes of Vauxhall Motors and Buckley Town but tonight it is home game number four against Chris Casper’s Bury, and the visitors will have a familiar face to Burnley fans in their line up.

That familiar face is Chris Brass who has been out of the first team for the last couple of games through illness but returns to what is a strong Bury line up which includes a couple of trialists.

Bury will line up: Aaron Grundy, Chris Brass, Tom Kennedy, Vassilis Theophanous, Andy Parrish, Andre Hainault (trialist), Nicky Adams, Matt Burke (trialist), Jordan Stepian, Tom Youngs, David Buchanan. Subs: Damian Quigley, Kane Bentley, Chris Frick (trialist), Lee Peatfield, Nicky Potter.

There’s no definite team news as yet for the Clarets but we will include captain Frank Sinclair who is about to start a two game ban, as well as Wayne Thomas who is returning after knee surgery.

Also in the squad are Duane Courtney, John Spicer, Danny Karbassiyoon, Wade Elliott and Chris McCann who have all spent time on the first team subs bench recently.

There is a debut though for Steve Davis who will be in charge of the reserves for the first time since Mark Yates left to take the manager’s job at Kidderminster.

The game kicks off at 7:00 p.m.
