Loan deals could get further extension

Manager Sam Allardyce has said he would like to keep Glen longer and that means he must still be considering a permanent move for the Turf Moor crowd favourite of the last few years.

Glen scored his first Bolton goal last night in the reserve match against West Brom and he is reported to be keen to extend the stay as he hopes to make a permanent move to the Premiership.

Any extension of the deal will almost certainly see Gareth Farrelly and Delroy Facey stay at Turf Moor for an extra month although Facey has said recently that he cannot wait to get back to Bolton and try and get himself a place in the first team there.

The current deals have just over a week to run and it is thought that Stan and Allardyce are already trying to negotiate a third and final month’s loan involving all three players and that would see the three players complete the maximum three month loan period.
