Les Latcham
Latcham made his debut for the Clarets in 1965 and went on to play over 180 games before his departure in 1971. Starting as an outside left he eventually settled in at left back where he replaced Alex Elder.

He's best known for his ability to mark George Best out of games but he proved to be a very good full back for the Clarets, playing in our Fairs Cup run of 1966/67. He even played in goal on one occasion, going in for the injured Peter Mellor at Derby on the opening day of the 1969/ 70 season.

After relegation in 1971 he signed for Plymouth and was a virtual regular for two years before signing for Bradford City where his league career came to an end just a few months later.
