Lancashire to make draw

His Burnley career might not have been an extensive one in terms of appearances, but he certainly made an impact when he first broke into the side just before Jimmy Mullen took over as manager.

His goals in those early games helped Mullen's team to a run of straight wins that launched our promotion campaign, he scored no fewer than eight goals with them all coming in a one month period during October and November 1991.

After loan spells with both Halifax and Chester he left the Clarets just two days before Christmas 1994 when he signed for Preston in a £55,000 move, and he later played for both Wigan and Rochdale.

I think there will be some thoughts of a day in Wrexham when he makes his way out onto the pitch tomorrow afternoon.
