The European qualifier at Windsor Park, Belfast, ended in a 4-0 win for the home side and they had already bagged three by the time Kyle was brought on as a second half substitute.

They took an early lead, then added two more in the last four minutes of the first half, so the young Claret was stepping into a game with his side already 3-0 up on the night and 7-1 in front on aggregate.

They added a late fourth, and after collecting that second cap he can now look forward to his trip to America where hopefully he and Steve Jones will take the number of Clarets to play full international football for Northern Ireland to sixteen.
