Kyle makes Team of the Week

Kyle Lafferty's two goals have landed him a place in the side, and he becomes only the third Burnley player all season to make it into one of the weekly teams.

Brian Jensen was the first to make it following his performance in the goalless draw at Plymouth, a game in which he made a couple of outstanding saves.

And then a week later, Michael Duff was in the side following our exciting 3-2 home win against Preston, although there were none of our forward players got into the side.

This week Kyle has been selected alongside another two goal striker Jamie Cureton, in a side that includes three players from Hull as well as two from both Colchester and Preston, all sides who had comfortable home wins on Saturday.

The full team is: Paul Henderson (Leicester), Sam Ricketts (Hull), Sean St Ledger (Preston), Curtis Davies (West Brom), Gareth Bale (Southampton), Craig Fagan (Hull), Ian Ashbee (Hull), Kevin Watson (Colchester), Danny Pugh (Preston), Jamie Cureton (Colchester), Kyle Lafferty (Burnley).
