Jordan was up against Theo Walcott but it certainly looked as if he'd had a pocket stitched into his shorts and placed Walcott in there; the England international not getting a look in until he was inevitably substituted by Arsène Wenger.

It was very much a two horse race for the man of the match and it was Jordan who came out on top with 34.4% of the vote, ahead of Chris Eagles who polled 32.6%. Kevin McDonald, making just his second Premier League start, came third with 17.8% of the vote.

The same players took the top three places in the player ratings where five players scored over eight. Jordan was the only player to go above nine and he won it with a rating of 9.20 out of 10.

It was close for second place and this time McDonald got it ahead of Eagles. McDonald had a rating of 8.60 whilst Eagles was just behind with a rating of 8.57 out of 10.

Jordan gets the maximum six points towards the player of the year and there are three points each for Eagles and McDonald.

Those points have taken Eagles within four points of leader Steven Fletcher with Jordan and McDonald climbing to eight and tenth in the table respectively.

The voting for the Wolves man of the match continues until the end of today and for the following three days you will be able to choose your goal of the month for November.
