Jones to stay at Bradford

Jones had his loan deal extended until this week but it has been reported this morning that he will now remain with Bradford City until the end of the season.

At that time he will be out of contract with the Clarets, so it is safe to assume he has now played his last game for us. That was as a subsitute in the 2-1 win at Coventry in January of last year.

Bradford City boss Stuart McCall has always been keen to extend the loan but there were other clubs interested. But he's won the day and that means Jones will be playing his football at the Bradford & Bingley Pulse Flamingo Land Pension Fund Intersonic Coral Windows Valley Parade Stadium for the remainder of the 2008/09 season.
