Jensen is easy winner

Brian Jensen
Jensen has been with Burnley for six years and has played in over 200 of the 460 league games over the ten year period. Such has been his form this season that it would have been a surprise had he not won but he didn't just win, he walked it.

He polled no less than 73.6% of the vote and that left the other five goalkeepers to share just over a quarter of the vote. Surprisingly, given his performances on his return to the club, Marlon Beresford took second place with 19.6% whilst Greek goalkeeper Nik Michopoulos was third with 4.4% of the vote.

The other three, Paul Crichton, Danny Coyne and Gabor Kiraly picked up just 2.5% between them.

Jensen therefore wins the first place in the team and now, until the end of Thursday, you can vote for the right back with six choices. They are Dean West, Mark McGregor, Lee Roche, Michael Duff, Stephen Foster and Rhys Williams.

Some of these may be considered central defenders but they have played more times at right back for the Clarets than in the centre of the defence.
