Needless to say it will be the first time the clubs have met and Owen Coyle said: "Craig Brewster (Caley manager) is an ex-team mate of mine and it will be a very competitive game before we face Sheffield Wednesday in our Championship opener a week later."
There will be one almost familiar face in the Caley side, that of Lionel Djebi-Zadi who played for the Clarets on trial in the build up to the 2004/05 season.
