Inverness Caley on the Turf

It will bring to an end a pre-season programme of an amazing nine games to be played in four different countries and will set us up for the first game of the league season against Sheffield Wednesday.

Needless to say it will be the first time the clubs have met and Owen Coyle said: "Craig Brewster (Caley manager) is an ex-team mate of mine and it will be a very competitive game before we face Sheffield Wednesday in our Championship opener a week later."

There will be one almost familiar face in the Caley side, that of Lionel Djebi-Zadi who played for the Clarets on trial in the build up to the 2004/05 season.

Our pre- season fixtures are as follows:

July 10: Carolina Railhawks 7:30 p.m. US Eastern Time
July 15: Minnesota Thunder 7:35 p.m. US Central Time
July 19: Queen of the South 3:00 p.m.
July 21: Partick Thistle 7:30 p.m.
July 23: St. Johnstone 7:30 p.m.
July 26: Accrington 3:00 p.m.
