Martin Reilly - call up to the Republic of Ireland Under-19s
Kyle Lafferty has received a second call up to the Northern Ireland Under-21 squad, and he’ll be hoping he makes it this time after being forced out of the recent trip to Israel because of a dead leg he received whilst on loan.

The Irish won both those games 1-0 and are now set to take on the Welsh next Tuesday at Stebonheath Park, home of Welsh Premier League club Llanelli, and if selected it will be a first cap at this level for Kyle.

Kyle will be joined on international duty next week by reserve team captain Martin Reilly who has received a call up for the Republic of Ireland Under-19s and that means full back Martin is off to La Manga for a few days.

They are playing in a tournament there and he could feature in as many as three games against Scotland (27th Feb), Norway (1st March) and Finland (3rd March). Alongside Martin in the Republic’s squad will be a couple of players who lined up against our first team recently, Ipswich Town’s Shane Supple and Owen Garvan.

Congratulations to both Kyle and Martin.
