Have a good holiday Owen

All the speculation yesterday left us dizzy as even Sky Sports News seemed to confirm he was in talks with Celtic as they moved to replace their departed manager Gordon Strachan.

The message board on this site was chaotic and it didn't calm down too much when Burnley Football Club issued a statement saying there had been no contact with Celtic and none would be welcomed.

But now Owen has spoken himself and said: "It is people simply putting two and two together and making five. I am going on holiday with my family this weekend and I can assure you I will be doing so as Burnley manager."

I think that is all the Burnley fans needed to hear and once Celtic appoint their new boss, no matter who it is, we can get back to celebrating our promotion to the Premier League and plan for next season with Owen Coyle as manager.
