Grayson gone at Leeds

Leeds have become the seventh Championship club to make a change. Grayson has been under threat for some weeks with chairman Ken Bates constantly putting him under pressure.

The departure therefore, the day after a 4-1 home defeat to Birmingham, is hardly a surprise. What is a surprise is the fact that they've waited until the transfer window closed, incredibly citing it as a good time to make a change.

This news has taken Eddie Howe into the top 50 longest serving managers in the Premier and Football Leagues. He's also now the 11th longest serving in the Championship.
