He played 167 games for Burnley, but he played very little football after leaving Turf Moor. He had a short spell on trial at Bristol City, for whom he played once, and went on to play for Crewe, Accrington and Chester.
HIs last ever game was in May 2008 when he played in Chester's last game of the season at home to Macclesfield.
Now 35, he returns to Turf Moor tomorrow as the half time guest at our game against Preston, and before stepping out onto the pitch will sign those Clarets Mad shirts.
