Glen - returns after flu
In a recent reserve team game there was only one player in the side with a first team league start but tonight only Earl Davis of the starting line up hasn't played in the first team. The two unused subs from Saturday, Nik Michopoulos and Robbie Blake, get a run out whilst Andy Payton who was one of the three subs used starts tonight on the bench.

Paul Cook didn't make the squad on Saturday and he plays alongside Glen Little who has recovered from flu. All eyes though will be on the performances of Arthur Gnohere and Earl Davis at the back. With Steve Davis and Ian Cox now both injured both will be trying to impress ahead of the Easter games. Arthur hasn't featured in the last four games since the 1-0 defeat at Walsall and the impressive Earl Davis is still to make a first team squad.

The full team tonight is: Nik Michopoulos, Mark McGregor, Gordon Armstrong, Earl Davis, Arthur Gnohere, Lenny Johnrose, Glen Little, Paul Cook, Tony Ellis, Robbie Blake, Brad Maylett. Subs: Andy Payton, Luigi Cennamo, John Williamson, Joel Pilkington.

Port Vale will line up: Chris Williams, Alex Gibson, Paul Taylor, Sean McClare, Paul Donnelly, Rae Ingram, Dixon, Ashley Dodd, Bill Paynter, Simon Eldershaw, Danny Maye. Subs: Ben Simpson, Paul Byrne, Chris Birchall, Matt Stevenson, Levi Reid.
