James Grady - Dundee United's new signing
The Tangerines will be visiting us on Saturday 17th July, which is just over three weeks away, and will become the first Scottish club to play on the Turf since Hibs were here for a friendly.

The fixture was confirmed today by the Tayside club and Ian McCall will bring his side down to play us in a match that will be sandwiched between a visit to Accrington and our home game against Premiership club Everton.

This will be the first chance to see the new look Clarets in action at Turf Moor when hopefully there will be more signings added alongside John McGreal to the squad.

For Dundee United, they will play two games in England with this the second, it will give them a chance to field their new striker James Grady who was signed three weeks ago from now relegated Partick Thistle.

This should bring Burnley’s pre-season programme to five fixtures as follows:

Sat 10th July – Accrington Stanley (a)

Sat 17th July – Dundee United (h)

Thu 22nd July – Everton (h)

plus two games to be confirmed in Austria between 26th and 31st July.
