Last week the winner was the very deserving Gillingham chairman Paul Scally for disciplining players who had attended a supporters' club player of the year event. To be honest it is perhaps surprising that it had taken Scally six months to get a mention.This week we are still in the boardrooms of English football as we announce our 27th winner but who is it? Just try and think of a chairman whose surname begins with the letter K and you will well on track for working out who it is.
