Robbie Blake
Robbie Blake - 19 points clear at the top
It was Robbie Blake though who won the man of the match. He polled 29.2% of the vote to take the top place whilst Elliott came second with 18.2% just above Chris Eagles who claimed third place with 17.8% of the vote.

The same three players featured in the player ratings. This time Eagles and Elliott were joint winners with a rating of 7.40 out of 10 and in joint third place were Blake and Graham Alexander who both had a rating of 6.80 out of 10.

That means a total of fourteen points have been allocated. Elliott gets the most with five with both Blake and Eagles just behind with one point. Alexander's third place finish in the player ratings earns him one point.

The three points won by Blake have certainly strengthened his position at the top of the table. He's now nineteen points clear at the top which means no matter what happens he'll still be top at the end of the league season.

Both Eagles and Elliott have pushed closer to the top three. They have both gone above Chris McCann with Elliott now having the same number of points as Eagles. They are just four points behind third place Brian Jensen.

Voting for the next man of the match from the Sheffield United game will start on Monday evening and will run until the end of Thursday.
