Fletcher and Eagles in Bolton link

Steven Fletcher - linked, with Chris Eagles, with a move to Bolton

With our entire coaching staff having moved there, and physio Andy Mitchell still strongly tipped to make the move in the summer, the latest speculation adds two more names to a list that had already included a number of other Burnley players.

Fletcher's name has been mentioned previously, as have those of Clarke Carlisle, Tyrone Mears and Wade Elliott, and now Eagles becomes the latest who the Bolton manager is reportedly keen on.

Both players are under contract and should Burnley allow them to leave would command transfer fees. Fletcher in particular would surely be in the £6 million bracket having played a season in the Premier League and a player who still has three years of his contract remaining.

The latest names have not appeared in the Mirror, and therefore are not under the banner of Alan Nixon. However, it is becoming more and more apparent that they are looking to raid our club again in the next few months.
