Brian Easton - looking for his first appearance
It's a tight group that the Scots are in and after four games they sit in third place behind leaders Austria and Belarus although all three teams have won three and lost one of those first four games.

The Scots have lost to Austria and beaten Belarus to date with their other wins coming against Albania and the home game against Azerbaijan who are currently bottom of the group without a point.

Easton has been named as a substitute for the last two games and will be hoping to get his first piece of the action. McDonald has started all four of the games.

The game will be played in Baku a week on Saturday, 14th November. And the link with the Russian linesman? The stadium in Baku is named after the famous linesman who awarded Geoff Hurst's second goal in the 1966 World Cup Final - it is the Tofik Bakhramov Stadium.
