Eagles and Everton yet again

It's reported that Eagles, who cost Burnley around £2 million when he moved from Manchester United in the summer of 2008, would cost around £4 million now but a move would give him the opportunity to significantly increase his wages which are currently £8,000 per week.

Eagles has been back in the starting line up in the last two games after previously being used as a substitute this season and coming on at Blackburn two weeks ago today to score our second goal.

He joined the Clarets on a three year deal meaning he is under contract until the end of next season.
