Diallo moves there for a month and this is the second time he's signed fro Allen after he joined him at Franchise two years ago.

He's not played any league football this season, he's made just the one appearance in the Carling Cup and now gets the opportunity to get some games with Cheltenham who climbed off the bottom of League One on Tuesday with a 2-1 win over Bristol Rovers.

He will almost certainly go straight into the side tomorrow for their game at Millwall and Allen said of him: "Drissa is a strong, competitive defender and will be a valuable addition to us. He will go straight into our squad for our weekend visit to the Lion's Den of Millwall."

Diallo has also played for Ipswich and Sheffield Wednesday since leaving Burnley over five years ago.
