Davis on the move again

Earl played a few games for Southport about a month ago but then joined Brian Flynn’s Swansea at the Vetch Field on an extended trial and actually signed non-contract forms for the Swans.

Earl didn’t get a game in Swansea colours, he was twice named in their reserve team only for the games to be called off and today his registration was cancelled by mutual consent.

There is an offer open to him to return to Southport in the Unibond League but, although nothing has been confirmed, we believe he could well be joining Bury. Their manager Graham Barrow saw him often enough in our youth set up when his own son was involved at our Centre of Excellence.
