This is a campaign originally launched by the Football Association following the deaths of several children as a result of falling goalposts, and it has been relaunched following inspections on goalposts at sites across the country.
Saturday’s day at Rossendale will start with children taking part in 5-a-side games whilst also receiving goalkeeping coaching from Danny and Rachael. They will then sign autographs for the kids before presenting medals to them after the game against Mossley.
