Over 7,000 had visited the exhibition by the time it closed yesterday and Towneley Hall have agreed to extend it for a further period as have those who loaned the exhibits.
Opening ours are 12 noon to 5 p.m. on all days but Friday when the Hall is closed but note it will not be open tomorrow.
Entry remains free for Burnley residents and season ticket holders with a general admission of £4 for anyone else.
