Cricket Field Stand reopens

The club initially revealed that the Cricket Field Stand would remain closed for the next two games, and Sheffield Wednesday were allocated tickets in the Jimmy McIlroy Lower.

The South Yorkshire club had sold out their allocation for the game but their supporters will now return to the usual away accommodation and presumably will have a further allocation.

Burnley supporters who normally sit in the Jimmy Mac Lower have been moving stands for this and the Leicester game. They are now being given the option of retaining the seats they have now got tickets for, or returning to their regular seats behind the goals.

With the postponement of the Norwich game, and with this news today, it means only the one game against Stoke was played whilst the stand was out of action.

It will certainly be good news to see all four sides in use again on Saturday.
