Whilst Jay was making his debut in the recent friendly against Italy, coming on as a substitute for James Vaughan, it was a tenth cap for Cork, also as a substitute for Jack Rodwell, after making his debut against the Czech Republic in November 2008.
Delfouneso has five caps to his name and scored his only goal so far on his debut against Greece at Doncaster in March last year. He started the recent game in Italy but was replaced on the hour as part of a triple substitution that saw Jay come on.
Whilst Jay must sit and wait to see if he gets a call up, Cork and Delfouneso will join up with the England party after our game at Bristol City on Saturday.
