Earl Davis - youth team captain
Central defender Earl Davis, right back Andrew Leeson and midfielder Andrew Waine have all completed their three years as scholars at Burnley and have all been offered full time contracts with the club.

Andrew Leeson has played a number of games in the reserves at right back and has been a regular in the youth team this season. He is one of Jack Hixon's lads from the North East. Earl Davis, the youth team captain, and Andrew Waine are both from the Manchester area and have been almost regulars at reserve team level. Davis has also captained the youth team this season.

All three of them look as though they are going to be a great asset to the club and have certainly impressed us with the efforts in the reserves and youths this season.

We would like to offer our congratulations to all three of them and wish them all a happy, long and successful career with the Clarets.
