In December of 1959 we trailed 2-0 at half time at Highbury in our league clash but pulled one back with a Jimmy Adamson penalty. We went on to win it 4-2 with Connelly grabbing a hat trick with three goals in a quarter of an hour towards the end of the game.
In the return at the Turf in March we won 3-2 and he got our third, and ultimately the winning goal.
Hopefully, back on the Turf Moor pitch tonight, he'll inspire us to another victory over the Gunners.
