Clean sheet earns Grant league place

It's the second time Grant has been nominated for the team, and he becomes the fourth Burnley player to be named twice this season alongside Chris McCann, Joseph Mills and Jason Shackell.

He was certainly busy during the last twenty minutes of the game at The Valley as were entire defence with Charlton launching ball after ball into our box, but they all stood up to it and Grant is the one singled out, particularly with the save to deny Danny Haynes.

He lines up in a team made up of players from eight different clubs with Brighton, Middlesbrough and Peterborough all having two players in the team and there is no prize for guessing that two of those teams provide the two forwards, Leonardo Ulloa of Brighton and Peterborough's Dwight Gayle who both notched hat tricks.

Besides Burnley there is also a place for one player from Ipswich, Leeds, Nottingham Forest and Watford.

This week's full team is: Lee Grant (Burnley), George Friend (Middlesbrough), Tommy Smith (Ipswich), Stephen McManus (Middlesbrough), Stephen Warnock (Leeds), Nathaniel Mendez-Laing (Peterborough), Moreno David Lopez (Brighton), Almen Abdi (Watford), Andy Reid (Nottingham Forest), Leonardo Ulloa (Brighton), Dwight Gayle (Peterborough).
