Clarets to take on the Wenger Boys

They are surely the team everyone wants to watch. There's no other team in English football that has me hitting my red Sky+ button if I'm going out, so enjoyable they are when they are in good form, and now we're going to get the chance to see them at first hand.

It might not be a full strength side, there might be no Cesc Fabregas or Alexandr Hleb, but rest assured they'll be coming with a side that oozes quality and will be coming with a side that wants to play football in exactly the right way.

It's a long time since an Arsenal side played Burnley in the FA Cup, as far back as the 1952/53 season when they beat us 2-0 at the Turf in a fifth round tie. We have to go back to the 19^th century since we last beat them in a cup tie, at a time when they were called Woolwich Arsenal.

The tie will be played around the weekend of 5^th & 6^th January and there might just be a chance of this one being televised. Burnley against the side that is currently the best in the country, a mouth watering prospect that has already been greeted with delight from Clarets fans.
