We’ve not done too badly so far this season with two wins out of two in front of the television cameras against Wolves and Hull City, and both games played on a Friday.
The Wolves win was something of a big surprise, we don’t even score there never mind win, but a Garreth O’Connor goal gave us our first away win of the season and started the climb away from the bottom of the league.
Just a few weeks later Hull were at the Turf and the result was the same, a 1-0 win, with Ade Akinbiyi grabbing the goal this time. That win was at the beginning of Burnley’s best run of results for over three years, bringing four successive wins.
Now it is Norwich – and the match, originally scheduled for Saturday 25th March will now be played on the Friday 24th kicking off at 7:45 p.m.
