Senior Professional Development Phase Coach Michael Jolley is over the moon at keeping hold of George even though the kid wears gloves!

Jolley announced, “George has thoroughly deserved his new deal to remain at Burnley as he has adapted well to our environment."

“There is no doubting the quality that George’s got and we treat people how we find them, and he is a player that has impressed us in his time here.

“He is a player with great potential and next season is going to be a big year for him.

“There are a few different options now for him; go on to catch the eye of the manager, continue to impress in our ever developing group and then there’s also the option of him to go out on loan and experience some first team football.

“It’s great to keep George at the club, and hopefully he can now go onto fulfil his undoubted potential.”

Good luck young fella. (TEC).
