This is for the build of a new three story building between the Jimmy McIlroy and Longside stands that will house new dressing rooms, medical rooms, warm up rooms, referees room etc. along with the managers office on the ground floor. On the first floor will be office space for club staff and the second floor will house the media suite which will include a room for Richard Keys to sit with is guests to claptrap at half time once we are in the Premier League.

In his latest update Paul Fletcher, the club's Development Director, said they hope to have that build starting as per the plans during the close season. It has been fully costed and will go to tender shortly. It is a £2.5 million project that would take six to seven months to complete.

This first phase needs to be completed before any other work can start and it will finally bring to an end the club using the dressing rooms in the cricket field stand that opened in 1969 and were only ever intended to be temporary.
