Quite whether the game was played as a final build up for the Toffees or whether it was for the Clarets to get the Brighton game out of the system is not clear but we can tell you that the Premiership club were unable to beat the Clarets despite turning out a strong side and the game ended in a 2-2 draw.
We have been unable at this time to determine who scored the Burnley goals but if we are able to get the information we will pass it on to you.
