Clarets away in Youth Cup

These two will meet in their 4th round tie on Tuesday of next week at Swindon's County Ground and the home side will be considered to be the favourites, they are having a better season than Yeovil and are currently second in the South West Conference of the Youth Alliance League.

Swindon won 6-0 at Swansea in Round One before sneaking through on penalties after a home draw against QPR in the next round. Yeovil also hit six in the first round, beating Oxford City 6-1 at home and they too followed that up with a win on penalties, this the shock of the second round against Ipswich after the game ended 2-2.

We'll know who we play next Tuesday when the two south west clubs play their 3rd round tie, and the likely date for our game would probably be in the last week in January.

Just a reminder also that the youth team will be in action at Gawthorpe tomorrow when they play Accrington Stanley in the Youth Alliance League.
