Changes confirmed

Paul Weller - looking for first start since January
With a fully fit squad available to him Stan admitted that some of his players were tired and needed a rest and that there would be a couple of changes.

It is difficult to see who and much will depend on the formation as to who drops out. It is though the midfield players who will most likely find themselves out of the side tonight with Tony Grant and Alan Moore perhaps the most vulnerable.

There is no doubt that Robbie Blake, Glen Little and Paul Weller should be keen to get on from the start. Blake hasn't started a game since the 1-0 win at Coventry, Glen's last start was the FA Cup 3rd round replay against Grimsby and Paul Weller hasn't started a game since picking up an injury in the first match at Grimsby.

Steve Davis will also be in the squad although he could well have to settle for a place on the bench again as he recovers from injury.

A possible line up could be: Marlon Beresford, Dean West, Ian Cox, Driss Diallo, Graham Branch, Glen Little, Paul Weller, Lee Briscoe, Ian Moore, Robbie Blake, Gareth Taylor.

The subs would then be selected from: Nik Michopoulos, Mark McGregor, Steve Davis, Paul Cook, Alan Moore, Tony Grant, Andy Payton and Dimitri Papadopoulos.

Neil Warnock's team beat Leeds with an understrength side, four of their players were ineligible for the cup tie and are all back in the squad for tonight. These are Dean Windass and Owen Morrison (recent signings), Peter Ndlovu (suspended) and John Curtis (on loan from Blackburn).

Warnock could thought stick with the team that beat Wolves which was: Paddy Kenny, Phil Jagielka, Shaun Murphy, Robert Page, Rob Kozluk, Nick Montgomery, Michael Brown, Stuart McCall, Michael Tonge, Wayne Allison, Steve Kabba.
