Carlisle in League team

He had an outstanding game at the back on Saturday, winning ball after ball particularly in the air, and there's no doubt that he's a player back in form since returning to the side. Not only did he have a good game defensively but he scored the third goal, probably the one that clinched the win, having also scored in midweek against Palace.

His performance against Forest has won him a place in this week's Football League Championship Team of the Week, the only Burnley player in a side made up of players from eight different clubs.
