Eagles was the winner of the man of the match, claiming 34.9% of the vote. Carlisle was right behind in second places with 27.0% and striker Steven Fletcher took third place with 11.0% of the vote.

We had the same top two in the player ratings. This time Carlisle was the winner with a rating of 7.60 out of 10 with a rating of 7.31 giving Eagles second place. Right back Tyrone Mears took third place and his rating was 6.85 out of 10.

Carlisle and Eagles both win five points towards the Clarets Mad Player of the Year and there is one point apiece for Fletcher and Mears.

The points have enabled Eagles to close Fletcher's lead at the top of the table to just seven points and he's also opened up an eight point gap between himself and Mears in third place.

Carlisle's five points have lifted him above both Brian Jensen and Wade Elliott into fifth place.

Voting is currently underway for the man of the match from the Arsenal game and will run until the end of tomorrow. The Wolves man of the match vote will start during Sunday afternoon.
