Steven Caldwell
Steven Caldwell was in outstanding form at the back, particularly in the first half when Wolves put us under some pressure, and it is no surprise to see him come out on top in both the man of the match and the ratings.

He polled 43.6% of the man of the match vote to take top place with Chris Eagles, who had a good second half, coming second with 17.2% and Wade Elliott taking third place with 8.6% of the vote.

The player ratings followed a similar pattern and again Caldwell was the clear winner with a rating of 7.50 out of 10. That was more than one higher than Elliott who took second place with a rating of 6.42 whilst Eagles and Stephen Jordan were joint third with a rating of 6.33.

Caldwell was collected the maximum six points towards the player of the season whilst there are three points each for both Eagles and Elliott with Jordan also taking a point for his third place finish in the ratings.

That means Caldwell has joined Elliott in fifth place but those points for Eagles have lifted him above Graham Alexander into third place and just one good performance behind second place Martin Paterson.
