Camara attacks former club

Camara’s contract was coming to an end but despite all efforts he heard from neither manager Dave Jones nor chief executive Jez Moxey, in fact no one at the club got in touch with him at all.

"I was happy to stay at Wolves and I loved my time in Wolverhampton, but I waited a long, long time to hear from Wolves and no-one got in touch," said Camara.

"That's fine - I would have liked to stay but at the end of the day no-one said anything to me and you have to look after yourself. Neither Dave Jones nor Jez Moxey got in touch. But I do hope Wolves stay in the Premiership for the fans because they are very good supporters."

And it was mutual respect to because the supporters liked Camara. One Wolves man told us that he is a headless chicken with exhilarating pace whilst another suggested we keep the gates open or he will run straight out of the stadium.

"You’ll have some fun with this guy," said another. "He can run like hell but sometimes forgets to take the ball with him."

But they did all tells us that he will be a great asset and he will become a crowd favourite in no time at all.

Finally one Wolves fan said, "He will prove a great signing for you, I wish he had stayed at Molineux."

But he didn’t and after turning down offers from Bradford City and Oldham he has now become a Claret for the next two years.
