None of the players have played in the first team but Knowles did travel with the squad to Bristol City last season and was then an unused substitute for the last game of the season against Cardiff.
Lynch has had three unproductive loan spells out on loan and there were hints earlier in the week that he was on his way out of Turf Moor. Wilson has suffered with injuries whilst Yadolahi has seen his season wiped out with two serious injuries to thigh and groin.
Jason Blake, the club's development coach, said: "We will, of course, fully support them in their quest to find another club and they are free to train with us for the remainder of their contracts. We wish them well for the future."
That suggests that none of the players will now feature in the remaining reserve team games this season.
