Arsenal twice in a week

Last updated : 14 December 2007 By Tony Scholes

Postponed last Saturday because of a waterlogged pitch at Accrington Stanley's Fraser Eagle ground the game will now go ahead on Friday 11th January at the same venue with a 7:00 p.m. kick off, coming just five days after the first team will have played them in the 3rd round of the FA Cup.

It will a tough assignment for the lads but should they get through then they will now face a trip to Anfield in the 4th round to play last season's winners Liverpool who won their tie this week 5-0 at Wycombe. It couldn't really have been a tougher first two draws.
