Graham Branch - not included despite not being in recent first team squads
Bury play their reserve games at Radcliffe Borough, this to enable Bolton Wanderers to play their reserve games at Gigg Lane. Today's game kicks off at 2:00 p.m.

It was thought that certainly Andy Payton and Graham Branch would get a run out but the answer is no and once again Andy Leeson, 20 next week, will be the oldest player in the side.

There is a reserve team debut for 16 year-old Welsh schoolboy international Rhys Carpenter. He has been injured for most of his time at Burnley with a back problem and it was thought he could be out until Christmas. He has recovered quicker than envisaged and having featured in two youth games will now sample reserve team football for the first time.

Burnley will line up: James Salisbury, Andy Leeson, Liam Eves, Earl Davis, Gary Carter, Andrew Waine, Mark Rasmussen, Richard Chaplow, Damian Hindle, Rhys Carpenter, Matt O'Neill. Subs: Robert Grimes, Danny Pitham, Steven Richardson, Sean Blakey, Ryan Towsnend.

Our hosts Bury will have more experience in their suad and will include former Luton player Liam George, Steve Redmond, Ian Kilford, Gareth Seddon, Ian Lawson and manager Andy Preece.

The Bury squad is: Seb Rowe, Steve Redmond, Nicky Hill, Lee Connell, Ian Kilford, David Borley, Gary Evans, Gareth Seddon, Ian Lawson, Liam George, Paul O'Shaugnessy, Steve Gunby, Simon Whaley, Craig Buckley, Tom Kennedy.
